i ordered virgin media for people who dont have a phone line but there is a problem they sent me a box with the modem, ethernet cable and the coaxial cable i did fiinish setting it up but the coaxial cabl couldn’t fit out socket but the tv’s aerail can perfectly the coaxial cable is a bit lose when you fit it in and still no change help me pls?

On the cable that won’t ***** on, is the center pin sticking out very far past the end of the connector? Sometimes the pin is too long and prevents the cable from screwing down to the box. If it sticks out psat the connector, just trim off that bit of it and try again.
