   Here is the channel list, it is provided by Dish Network:

   Independent Film Channel
   CNBC, Arts & Entertainment, Black Entertainment Television, Cable News Network, The Discovery Channel, Entertainment Television, FX, The Food Network, The Travel Channel, Bravo, ESPN, ESPN NEWS, ESPN Classic, ESPN2, SiTV, USA Network, and Cartoon Network.

   I am not sure of the movies that they are currently playing, but don’t worry! The system is very intuitive and you will have a great time with it, there’s alot to do and you can even order food right from your seat! You can also play games, charge your stuff and even chat with other people on the plane! RED is one of the better ife’s out there, so enjoy it! I also think the time zone’s are respective to the orgin airport, so if your going to LAX it will be eastern and vice versa for the return.
