Virgin 1 is Missing From Sky TV?

I dad recently bought Sky+HD with every pack, but the channel ‘Virgin 1′ is completely missing?Is there a reason for this?

same here, I just got Sky+HD installed today as well!
its annoying, and since Sky hasnt sent me a viewing card yet channel 4 and channel 5 are blocked/arent there.
