Moving Cable Tv to Another Room?

I have a cable tv, and broadband with virgin media, I want to move it to another room in the house, ie the dining room, I already have wireless with my broadband upstairs, but want to move the cable tv over, the tv box seems to be wired into the front room. virgin say the cost for them to do this would be 99 pounds. Could I do this myself, and how would I do this?

If you have another tv you can put in the dining room you can buy a box (I can’t remember the name of them) that you put on the tv with cable and it will show it on another tv in another room.Electronic stores sell them and they are quite cheap.Hope this helps.
