Has Anyone Gone Back to Cable(formerly Ntl) Since Virgin have Taken Over,and has the Service Improved At All?

I was with them for a year,and even had problems cancelling the contract,apart from a poor quality tv picture,,and the constant mess up with the phone bill,the broardband was ok.
And finally does anyone know what that sign on their van’s about?,something about a near miss
