How Do I Get a Better Output on my HD TV with a Regular Sky Box?

I have a regular sky box and a HD TV. They are both connected through a scart cable. But the output is pixelated and grainy. What other possible connection could i use for a better output?? Someone told me to use a hdmi to dvi cable, could that work?

Use the SCART with RGB.
Otherwise, adjust your TVs brightness/contrast/sharpness to minimize the SD effects.
