the whole digital tv infrastructure was paid for by the british public via the tv licence money.itv,channel 4 and the rest got all their new gear for free.when you think about it,it was actually a bribe by the BBC

You need to have someone who will broadcast your doco first before they will give you money. You have to prove to them where your money is going to be spent.

To bad smaller content makers didn’t have access to NZ ON AIR funding I think we would see some really good stuff come from it. I know people on youtube who could make a really kick **** doco if they had funding and the right equipment!
